One of my lunchtime favourites!

Afternoon!
Today I thought I would share with you one of my lunchtime favourites, which is so easy to make and perfect to add a little spice in your life!
I’m always trying to find new and exciting things to help me eat better and feel better about what I’m putting in my body and because I have such a crazy schedule I am sometimes wanting something that is so quick and easy to make and tastes delish! One of my go to meal choices is chicken wraps. You can do so much with them and put so many different ingredients in they never get boring. I made some for my lunch today using some amazing spices I got from here and oh my god they were the best wraps ever! The right amount of spice mixed with a nice fresh crisp salad! DELICIOUS! The best thing about these spices is that they are vegan, organic and fair trade!
Spicey Chicken Wrap:
1- Cook the chicken:
I used my george forman to cook the chicken as it’s really easy and cooks the chicken to just how I like to.
Before I put it on there I put about 2 teaspoons ( I was doing 2 chicken breasts) of Nola Red spice blend and just a trickle of water in a tub then put my chicken in and rubbed the spices on until the chicken was coated.
When my george forman was heated up I put them on and left to cook.
2- Making the salad:
Not going to lie I keep my salad pretty plain and simple just for quickness.
I chopped up some lettuce, cucumber, tomato, avocado and we had some onion salad in the fridge already and mixed that in.
Once mixed I squeezed some fresh lemon over the ingredients.
3- Put it on your plate and enjoy!
I think in total this takes about 15 - 20 minutes inbetween prepping and cooking the chicken and doing the salad to then eating it.
So quick, so easy and tastes amazing!
Well that’s it for today folks!
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!
Much Love,
Natalie
